Seesmic has announced its client for Windows today. The client uses WPF and allows you to view your Facebook and Twitter updates all from one screen. The founder of Seesmic, Loic LeMeur, announced today at PDC that developers will be able to create plug-ins for the application. The application also lets you do things such as take pictures and videos straight from your webcam.

To get your hands on this client, simply go on the Seesmic home page and sign up to be notified of the download once it's available.
